Listening while you workout


As I've spent lots of time using P90X at home and occasionally at the gym I noticed it was difficult to keep the same level of intensity or excitement in my routines when at the gym. Some days it was hard to stay motivated, other days it just felt easier to listen to the video and just workout.

So, I decided to make MP3 audio recordings of all the P90X workout routines to use on my iPod when at the gym, and it works great! Now, I can go to the gym, pick the routine I want, and just follow it for the full circuit. It's so much easier then having to remember which exercises to do and for how long.

Again, these I've placed here for all of you to use as you see fit and they are absolutely free! I complied them all into a single zip file so you can download them and unzip all 12 workout routines at once. I hope you enjoy them and use them next time you're at the gym and feel a little bit tired or unmotivated.
